I truly do not have the words to express just how much we loved working with Julie! My fiance and I just purchased our first home and we could not have done it without her. Not only is Julie incredibly knowledgeable about the entire home buying process, but she can also connect you with amazing people once you are ready to purchase. Julie Ryan is the best relator I've ever dealt with. She has a keen sense of both home values and timing. She knows how to read the present-day market and provide the best options. I contacted her over a year ago, not in a hurry to sell, and asked her to keep an eye on the seller's market for me. She did, and when she called to say 'the time is now' I listened. We had 15 offers in 3 days and accepted for 14% over asking price. Julie didn't push me to do anything I didn't want to do and she really listened and addressed my concerns. I never felt like any question I had was a stupid one and she was always available to make time for a call or an email. The very best! Cannot say enough about Julie.
